Welcome to IYBRI LLC FZ. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your purchase of our outdoor kitchens, and any related services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing from IYBRI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Business Information

IYBRI is a provider of prefabricated outdoor kitchens. We do not provide permanent installations or custom-built islands products. Our products are designed for outdoor use only.

Product Information

While we strive to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate and up to date, actual colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display and manufacturing variations. All measurements are approximate. IYBRI reserves the right to make minor adjustments or improvements to product design without prior notice.

Product Use and Safety

  • Our outdoor kitchens are designed for safe, outdoor use and should not be used in enclosed spaces.

  • IYBRI is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety rules and regulations.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Community and Building Approvals: Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary building, zoning, or community approvals and permits prior to delivery and installation. IYBRI does not verify or assume responsibility for these approvals and permits.

  • Building and Community Regulations: Customers are solely responsible for knowing and complying with any rules, regulations, or restrictions regarding BBQ and/or outdoor cooking appliances use in their building or community. IYRBI does not verify or assume responsibility for local, building specific, or community specific rules. Purchases made in violation of such regulations are the customer’s responsibility. IYBRI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss due to any such violations.

  • Site Preparation: Customers must ensure the chosen installation area is flat, safe, and accessible. If ability to deliver is hindered by site conditions, additional charges may apply.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of order, depending on product and service type.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options listed on our website.

Delivery and Installation

  • We offer delivery to designated areas. Delivery is carried out by a third party and their fees are quoted separately at check out or in your order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. IYBRI is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

  • If professional installation is provided, it will be limited to placement and setup. Permanent fixtures (e.g., electrical/gas connections, plumbing) must be handled by a licensed contractor of the customer’s choosing.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

  • Delivery and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Custom orders (where applicable) are not eligible for return.

Warranties

  • IYBRI offers a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather exposure, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • IYBRI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of enjoyment, personal injury or death, or property damage.

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for proper product use, safe operation, maintenance, and compliance with all local regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the IYBRI website, including product photos, logos, and copy, is the property of IYBRI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.
